The Ska Vengers is a New Delhi based band that combines elements of ska, punk, rocksteady, reggae, and jazz with socially conscious lyrics. The band was formed in 2009 and is known for their unique sound and energetic live performances.

The Ska Vengers’ original lineup consisted of Taru Dalmia (aka Delhi Sultanate) on vocals, Stefan Kaye on keyboards, Tony Bass on bass guitar, Chaitanya Bhalla on guitar, Nikhil Vasudevan on drums, and Raghav Dang on trumpet. Over the years, the lineup has changed, with various members joining and leaving the band.

The band has released several albums, including “The Ska Vengers,” “X,” and “Badda.” They are known for their politically charged lyrics and have used their music to raise awareness about social issues such as corruption, inequality, and discrimination.

In addition to their music, The Ska Vengers has also been involved in various social and philanthropic causes, such as working with organizations to provide education to underprivileged children and raising awareness about environmental issues. They have won several awards for their music, including the Best Indian Band Award at the Radio City Freedom Awards and the Best Live Act Award at the Jack Daniel’s Rock Awards.
