Satinder Sartaaj
Satinder Sartaaj is an Indian Punjabi singer, songwriter, poet, and actor. He was born on May 31, 1982, in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India.
Satinder Sartaaj is known for his soulful and melodious voice and his unique fusion of Sufi and Punjabi folk music. He started his musical journey in 2003 and has since released several albums, including “Cheerey Wala Sartaaj”, “Sartaaj Live”, and “Seasons of Sartaaj” among others. Some of his popular songs include “Sai”, “Udaarian”, and “Hamayat” among others.
Apart from his work as a singer, Satinder Sartaaj is also a known poet and has published several books of poetry in Punjabi and English. He has also acted in various Punjabi films, including “The Black Prince” and “Ikko Mikke”. Satinder Sartaaj is known for his contributions to Punjabi culture and has been honored with several awards, including the Punjabi Icon Award and the Best International Artist Award at the Brit Asia TV Music Awards.
