Mohit Chauhan began his musical journey as the lead vocalist of the popular Indian rock band Silk Route in the 1990s. The band’s breakthrough song “Dooba Dooba” became a massive hit and catapulted Mohit to fame. After the disbandment of Silk Route, Mohit Chauhan ventured into playback singing for Bollywood films.
