Agnee
Agnee is a Hindi rock band from Pune, Maharashtra, India. The band was formed in 2006 and is known for their unique sound that blends together elements of Indian classical music with rock and Sufi music.
Agnee’s original lineup consisted of Mohan Kannan on vocals and guitar, Koco on guitars, Aditya Ashok on drums, and Rushad Mistry on bass guitar. Over the years, the lineup has changed, with various members joining and leaving the band.
The band has released several albums, including “Agnee,” “The Splitsvilla 4 Theme Song – Aahatein,” and “Unplugged – Season 3.” They are known for their energetic live performances and have performed at numerous music festivals and events around the world, including the NH7 Weekender and the South Asian Bands Festival.
In addition to their music, Agnee has also been involved in various social and philanthropic causes, such as working with organizations to provide education to underprivileged children and raising awareness about environmental issues. They have won several awards for their music, including the Best Pop/Rock Album Award at the GIMA Awards and the Best Indian Rock Band Award at the MTV India Music Summit.
