Bela Shende is an Indian playback singer known for her work in the Marathi and Hindi film industries. She was born on August 4, 1986, in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Bela comes from a musical family background, as her father, Dr. Sanjay Shende, is a well-known classical singer.
In Bollywood (Hindi film industry), Bela Shende gained recognition with her song “Mann Mohana” from the movie “Jodhaa Akbar” (2008). The song became immensely popular and earned her the National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer. Since then, she has lent her voice to several Bollywood movies, collaborating with renowned composers and delivering memorable songs.
